Even though it’s not the beginning of the year, it doesn’t mean you can’t set yourself new resolutions. So, out little reso advice? Eat more red papaya.

Often overlooked, this tropical fruit is in actual fact, hailed as a superfood – it has higher levels of vitamin C than an orange, it’s filled with vitamins A and B, packed with potassium and magnesium, and is an effective digestive aid.

But the biggest problem as to why 9 out of 10 Aussie households don’t eat papaya is simply because they don’t know how to use it. Although eating it fresh is simply delicious, you also can’t go past the idea of blitzing it up with a few other ingredients for breakfast.

This papaya smoothie bowl created by Panaceas Pantry for Ruby Rise Papaya is everything you need in the morning to kickstart you mind and body into gear, and if anything, will prep your immune system from catching the nasty flu as we transition into the cooler months.
