Have you noticed how much of your weekly budget you spend on groceries? Grocery shopping can be a significant expense for most households, but there are ways to make it more affordable… AKA ALDI. Now that I’ve made Aldi a part of my regular shopping routine, I’ve certainly started saving more money because ALDI is easily Australia’s cheapest supermarket.

Here is how I meal prepped for a week using only ALDI ingredients.

Option 1:

We have breakfast, a morning snack and lunch for a total of $35.00, which equates to $7 per day.

Morning snack

Granny Smith Apple with natural peanut butter.


Tuna wholegrain wraps with avo, capsicum, rocket, cucumber and carrots.


Not pictured because I make it fresh each night.

Option 2:
