There is really no need whatsoever to contemplate “keto treats,” or to stress about what to serve non-keto guests, when you can put together this incredibly simple but elegant option in mere minutes.

Keto entertaining platter

  • 3 (approximately 70- to 100-g) bars dark chocolate (85% cacao or higher), choose a variety
  • 3 (110 g) wedges cheese, different varieties
  • ¼ cup coconut butter
  • 1 pint fresh berries, any type
  • ½ cup large coconut flakes
  • ½ cup macadamia nuts
  • ½ cup pecans
  • ½ cup hazelnuts

Select a large platter. Break the chocolate bars into bite-size pieces and arrange in three piles around the platter. Slice the cheese and arrange it in three piles on the platter. Place the coconut butter in a small ramekin and place it on the platter with a demitasse spoon for serving as a garnish. The berries, coconut flakes, and nuts can be placed in individual ramekins or simply arranged on the platter amid the chocolate and cheese.
